As a Sales Coordinator, you will become an invaluable part of the team, where every day presents new challenges that you handle with ease and professionalism. Close collaboration between departments is emphasized, where knowledge is shared and colleagues lift each other up. You will be trained to become a specialist who masters all the "hacks" and tools, so you can offer quick and sophisticated solutions to customers. With strong support and your growing expertise, you will become a key resource who consistently delivers a first-class customer experience.Your primary tasks will consist of:
• Handling incoming inquiries via phone and e-mail in Swedish and English
• Supporting customers in processing their orders in the order system and in Salesforce
• Finding the best solution together with customers and ensuring they are met with dedicated professionalism
• Daily contact with Account Managers to help them drive sales
• Collaboration with the sales team during product campaigns and conferences

We are looking for a highly proactive, enterprising, and flexible individual with a strong service-minded and solution-oriented DNA. You thrive in a high-paced work environment and are passionate about learning the technical aspects of our products. You should love engaging with customers over the phone, taking full ownership of inquiries, and feeling comfortable making independent decisions. Importantly, you possess a flexible and positive mindset, recognizing that thriving in a team where collective results are achieved is key to success.To succeed in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
• You are Swedish-speaking or possess extensive experience in customer service for Swedish customers
• You have experience from a similar position (Customer Service, Sales Support, etc.
• You are comfortable taking ownership and making independent decisions
• You thrive in a high-paced team environment
• You are passionate about learning and understanding technical products
• Knowledge of Finnish is furthermore an advantage, but not a requirement

• Full-time employment, 37 hours per week (excluding lunch break)• Working hours are Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 16:00 and Friday 08:00 – 15:30.
