      Can you drive the technical solution sales for SaltPower? SaltPower is a pioneering company that has developed a revolutionary, sustainable, and CO2-free energy solution based on Pressure Retarded Osmosis technology. Founded in 2015, the company has since forged strategic partnerships, conducted groundbreaking research, and successfully installed its first industrial unit. With a commitment to innovation and environmental responsibility, SaltPower is poised to lead the green energy transition.
      As CCO, you will play a pivotal role in driving SaltPower’s commercial strategy, focusing on sales to the largest salt producers in Europe, business development into new industries, and later market expansion outside of Europe.

      With reference to the board of directors, you will manage a small team and lead efforts to identify potential customers, forge partnerships, and deliver sustainable energy solutions to key industries. You will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial strategy, focusing on sales, business development, and market expansion.
      - Lead daily operations of commercial activities, including sales, marketing, and business development.
      - Map potential customers and decision-makers within target segments and approach them with innovative solutions.
      - Drive strategic sales initiatives and secure new business opportunities.

      about you

      You have exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on building trust and nurturing relationships. You have an analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving, and you have demonstrated leadership abilities and a commitment to driving sustainable growth.
      Your background includes an MBA and a background in commercial operations. You have proven yourself, when it comes to selling technical solutions, preferably in industries such as chemical, food, fertilizer, or solution mining. In short, you:
      - Have extensive marketing experience
      - Have experience selling technical solutions
      - Have a strong interest in contributing to the green transition
      It is essential that you have a “can-do attitude” and are able to think outside the box to find solutions when facing challenges.
